Zell H3 contains one-half the concentration of procaine used in G.H.3 (i.e. 50mg) plus various vitamins, minerals and enzymes. These additional nutrients reportedly stimulate the digestive tract. Users with digestive difficulties or poor nutrient absorption may progress better on the Zell tablets. It is acceptable to take a combination of G.H.3 and Zell H3.
