Safety:

There are no harmful side effects or toxic reactions with GH3 usage. GH3 has been shown to be safe over 4 decades of usage worldwide although Romanian research has shown a (1:6000) ratio of allergic reaction in some people. Which can manifest in a prickly sensation and a rash. The most sensible course of action in supplying the product to persons who are known to be allergic generally is to either advise against taking GH3 or to commence with one or half a tablet only or to take a suitable allergy test.

The Detoxification Process:

GH3 can have a detoxifying effect and therefore care has to be made in distinguishing between an allergic reaction and an uncomfortable feeling that is sometimes reported by people taking GH3 in their first week or two. This is reportedly caused by the rush of toxins being eliminated. Some people break out in a skin rash but is often a good sign that the product is working and should clear up in approximately one or two weeks when the body adjusts. The reaction can also be in the form of a mild headache, or just a period of general malaise. This is a clear indication that a cleaning of the system is taking place. In clients who it is felt that the reaction is more severe than they are comfortable with, there is the possibility that they are detoxifying too fast. It is suggested that in this case only one tablet be taken for one to two weeks. Some reactions can be called a healing crisis, whereby a person feels worse before feeling better. When the body becomes adjusted to GH3 the detox symptoms where they occur appear to subside.

Note:

Many people do not have any detox reactions. it is worth remembering that as individuals we differ greatly in our bodies and so reactions to GH3 will vary with each individual.

Suggested Dosage:

Most companies supplying GH3 or scientists involved in its development recommend a daily maintenance level of 2 tablets daily. The optimum level can be found by experimentation and results in keeping with the injectable form are often found when more tablets are taken (these results would obviously be considered medicinal and therefore care needs to be taken in suggesting this). As the product is natural to the body it is impossible to overdose as the body easily eliminates unwanted amounts.

Contra-indications:

GH3 will not interfere with any prescribed medications except for some antibiotics which neutralises the effects.

Usage Period:

In order to give GH3 a fair test at least a three month period is recommended. GH3 works slowly like a vitamin and a three-month or more period is important for a proper evaluation of its usfulness in an individuals body. Six to twelve months is preferred.

Rest Periods:

Although Procaine will not accumulate in the body tissues, causing toxicity like many products do, an occasional rest period is good. Procaine complex provides valuable raw materials to aging cell membranes. However, if a cell is constantly supplied with these materials the mechanisms, which the cell ordinarily would use to obtain the substances, can become lazy. In order to keep the cell systems operating a rest period is advisable.
