An increasing number of
companies are selling Gerovital H3 (GH3®) claiming to offer the REAL thing.
They say their product is the “original formula”, when it does not even
contain Procaine Hydrochloride (Procaine HCl).
We tested some of these products and discovered that they DO NOT contain
Procaine HCl! Some manufacturers offer “Procaine-free” GH3®. These products
are often concoctions of various ingredients, such as PABA and DMEA, which
have nothing to do with GH3 itself. DO NOT buy these products if you seek
longevity: they may posses nutritional value, BUT have NO rejuvenate
properties, and WILL NOT WORK if used for that purpose.
Other products we tested were found to contain less than the stated amount
of Procaine, or an impure form of Procaine HCl; this rendered the formula
absolutely useless and, in some cases, potentially harmful to health! Some
companies make exaggerated claims of “new improved patented formula’s” (GH7,
for example*) – at best, these products work as boosters if used in
conjunction with continued regular intake of genuine Gerovital GH3, as
originally created by Professor Aslan, but CANNOT replace original formula
Gerovital GH3. Using these products alone is a waste of money. Do not be

*A word about GH7. The results of out tests indicate that this is hype backed up
by worthless claims – patents do not require extensive double-blind controlled
trials, as occurred with original Gerovital H3 (GH3), but a tiny trial more akin
to a consumer test. In this way patents can be “purchased” cheaply and give a
product an assumed status disproportionate to the amount of time or money
invested in registering the patent itself. Patents look grandiose and fool
consumers into thinking that the product in question must be effective, while in
truth all a patent does is protect the manufacturing process – a manufacturing
process already perfected by Professor Aslan
