How To Use This Site

This site is split into two main sections: the main information part where you can find out about Gervovital GH3 products, and the "shop" where you can order from us direct, online. To find out everything you need to know about our products, use the navigation bar on the left to click on the different pages and sections, or along the top bar for more details and advice on using our products. You can also use the drop down menu to access the main sections. To enter the shop, click "buy online", select "order online from the drop down menu, or click on the shopping basket icon at the top right of the page.

How To Order

To order our products, simply enter the shop and click on one of the product categories listed in the left hand menu bar.

You will then see a list of products. Each product has a button you may click to find out more about that product, such as its ingredients, or more information. Clicking one of these buttons calls a pop-up box containing the details or ingredients for that product. Use the "Close Window" button in the pop-up to close the page and return to the product list.

To make a purchase, enter the quantity you require into the quantity box. This box is set to 1 by default, so if you only want one product, all you need to do is to click the "Add To Basket" button. If you want to order more than one of the item, delete the 1 and enter the required a amount before you click the "Add To Basket" button.

You will then be shown your shopping basket contents. If you are happy with the contents of the basket, click "checkout" to go to the order form. If you would rather go back and add more products to the shopping basket, either click your back button, or the "Continue Shopping" button. You may then browse further product pages, selecting more products if you wish, and the system will keep your order up to date in the shopping basket and remember what products you have ordered. You may add as many items as you wish to your shopping basket, and the system will also keep a running total of your purchases as you go along.

You can check your basket at any time by clicking the "shopping basket" icon or clicking on "Check Basket" in the top menu.

You can also modify the contents of your basket at any time by viewing the basket and clicking on the "delete items" or "change quantities" buttons at the bottom of the shopping basket display.

Placing Your Order

To order, click "place order" in the top menu at any time, or the "checkout" button on the shopping basket. You will then be taken to the order form.

The total value of your order will already be worked out for you. Fill in your details, including a delivery address if you want your products delivered to somehere else. All our products are shipped post free but may take 3 - 10 days to arrive, depending on where you live. If you would like to receive your products faster than this, select one of the shipping options on the order page by click the radio button next to the shipping option.

Ordering by Credit Card

To order by credit card online, click the "Start Order" button at the bottom of the page. This simply confirms your order and adds any shipping charges if you have selected one of the express mail options. If you are happy with the total, click the "Order Securely by credit card" button and you will be taken to a page where you can fill in your credit card details. At this point, the system will have already stored your order details. Please take a note of your order number which will be printed on the credit card ordering details page for checking against your order later.

When you have finished entering your credit card details, you may click the "order now" button at the bottom of the page. The system will then make a SECURE LINK with a special computer which uses SECURE SOCKET LAYERS to protect your details from prying eyes while in transit over the internet. Depending on which browser you use, a glowing locked padlock will appear either in the bottom bar of your browser (Explorer) or the top menu bar (Navigator) and a warning panel will appear telling you you are making a secure connection. This means that everything is working well and your credit card details are safe. Your credit card details will not leave your computer until you click OK or Continue in the warning panel. Once you click this, your order and credit card details will be encrypted and sent to us for processing of your order.

Ordering by Fax or Post

To order by fax or post, fill in the order form as before, and simply print off the page. Add your credit card details and fax to us on +44 (0) 870 787 2292.
